Case study - Web design + build
Koffee House: a local coffee shop, open online
An independent coffee shop in Gateford, Worksop, serious about its coffee, cakes, breakfasts and lunches. We built the website that puts it all online - digital menu, online ordering and everything a customer needs to find them, choose and order.
The client
Koffee House is a local independent coffee shop in Gateford, Worksop, run by people who care about doing things properly - good quality coffee and cakes, a full breakfast and lunch menu, and customer service they take pride in.
The brief
A local café lives or dies on footfall and word of mouth - but customers increasingly expect to browse the menu, check opening hours and order online before they ever walk in. Koffee House needed a site that did all of that without fuss, and made the food look as good on screen as it does on the plate.
What we did
We designed and built the site around the things customers actually come for: a digital menu with online ordering front and centre, a photo gallery that leads with the food, clear opening hours, customer reviews and a contact section with the map built in. Warm, appetising photography does the selling; the ordering system does the work.
The results
Koffee House runs its online ordering through the site to this day - one place where locals can browse the menu, place an order and find their way to the door.
